Questions, answered
Is Divizo really free?
Yes. Splitting is free and unlimited: no cap on expenses or groups, and no ads. Divizo Pro is an optional subscription for heavier use of the AI features.
Does Divizo hold or send my money?
No. Divizo keeps the record and does the math. When you settle up, it opens the payment app you already use (Venmo, PayPal, Cash App, or Interac e-Transfer) with the amount filled in, or you can mark a cash payment as paid.
Do my friends need an account?
To see the group and add expenses, yes. It takes a moment with Google, Apple, or a code sent to their email. Until they join, you can add them as placeholders and still track what they owe.
Is there an app to download?
Divizo runs in your browser on any phone or computer. On iPhone, open it in Safari, tap Share, then Add to Home Screen, and it opens like an app.
What happens to my data?
Only people in a group can see that group. We never sell your data. Read the Privacy Policy for the details.
How do I cancel Divizo Pro?
Go to You → Subscription → Manage subscription. You keep Pro until the end of the period you paid for.
Next trip, split it with Divizo.
